Today training rocked!! Yilu and Alcina gave us lecture and ever since we've become more disciplined and more united.. I like that.. And I love doing ball drills! Four corners rocked and we worked hard together to finish ten sets!!! And then we cheered!

And it was our senior Yu Rong's birthday so we sang the birthday song.. :D But no lala version.. -_- But tomorrow's Fiona's birthday!! Yipee! -_-
